NXNE is hosting an Interactive conference, Damien Nelson reached out to me and let me know more about the event:
Game makers and musicians who have found success composing music for video games will be discussing challenges, opportunities and the latest technologies in the community. For example the Audio Director of Ubisoft will showcase the scoring and audio designs around games such as Splinter Cell Blacklist and Assassin's Creed Unity, along with gaming musicians Rich Vreeland aka Disasterpeace (Hyper Light Drifter), Maggie McLean (Knight & Damsel) and Graham Coonies (The Dishonoured).
AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) will be at Future Land to talk about the future of virtual reality in music videos and live concerts, and what that means for fans. They will also have a demo of AMD Radeon™ R9 graphics cards, which are designed for the HTC Vive, a virtual reality headset enabling 360° room-scale motion-tracking
