If you're interested in learning to develop Virtual Reality experiences there's two upcoming Introductory VR Workshops being organized by the Academy of VR on October 27th and 28th:
Choose between two full-day classes which introduce you to VR design and development in Unity 3D. By the end of the day you will have built your first VR experience, a submarine piloting game and will walk away with a strong understanding of the VR development skills needed to begin building your own applications. All attendees receive a Google Cardboard VR headset to test their experience on and there will be HTC VIVE gameplay demo’s and Q&A with VR developers during the networking session!
It's an introductory level workshop so no previous experience in VR development is required.
