Groove Gunner Leaves Early Access February 10

Groove Gunner, a technical VR rhythm shooter, will be leaving early access on February 10, 2022 on the Steam platform.

In Groove Gunner, players are challenged by switching between shooting and blocking to a collection of songs across a wide spectrum of genres while collecting records, earning high scores on the global leaderboard, and beating songs that once felt unbeatable.  The hardest difficulty will challenge even the most seasoned rhythm players, and there are also difficulties for beginners and intermediate alike.  As a rhythm shooter, Groove Gunner focuses on accuracy, timing, and above all, how well a player can free their mind and body to focus and groove to great music!

New features and mechanics have been added to the game to make it feel natural and accurate.  Bullet projections allow players to position their shields quickly and naturally.  Progressive target warnings and clever aim indicators make for quick gun placement and shots that will have players feeling like professionals in no time.

There are new songs in the lineup since the Early Access release.  The game also ships with a feature-rich song editor and an in-game browser to download custom songs that mappers upload from the editor.  Between the mechanics of the game, the control over the light shows, targets and bullets, creativity in custom songs is endless and ever-changing.
