Tribes of Midgard Season 3 Announced - Also Coming to Xbox and Switch

Tribes of Midgard, the roguelike co-op survival game came out to Playstation and PC last year, and developer Norsfell supported the game with a year of content in Season 1 and 2 of the game. Beginning on August 16th, they’ll be dropping Season 3 which comes with a slew of free updates, including a new Saga Boss, a revamped survival mode, new weapons, enemies, armors, and more.

Also on August 16th, the game will release on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One, Series S/X.

Probably most exciting is a revamp to survival mode, which is being rebuilt:

“Survival Mode is being completely rebuilt for those looking for a more relaxed Viking Survival experience – an alternative to the urgency you’d normally experience with the coming of Ragnarök in Saga Mode.

It focuses on life long before the Village and the Seed of Yggdrasil came to be. You won’t be alone – our Viking warrior Eira Foot-Crushed will be your guide, along with our fave feline friends Mániklo and Sóleyra. As a reminder – Jötnar will not attack the Village in this Mode – instead, you head out into the world to fight them (and the Saga Bosses) on your own terms!”
