Jamhammer Games Releases Shwip On Early Access

Jamhammer Games have released their twin-sticker shooter Shwip on Steam Early Access. Shwip is the only twin-stick shooter with a whip, and has a multiple weapons, and abilities for players to get the high scores in different modes. In Early Access for a couple of months, Shwip on Steam right now is around 90% complete - and can be purchased right here.

Shwip Turbo Thumb Out Now

Along with Dash Quest Heroes, another local game was released on mobile phones recently. Jamhammer Games released shoot-em up Shwip Turbo Thumb for free on iPhone and Android. 

"Survive an onslaught of increasingly difficult enemy waves and formations in this beautiful pixel-fest-destruction shoot-em-up. 

Literally render your enemies into pixel-dust with your trusty dual-shot cannon and arsenal of other insanely powerful power-ups. The better you play, the more power-ups you receive."

Shwip Steam Page Up From Jamhammer Games

Jamhammer Games Teases Shwip News Coming This Week

It's been a while since we last heard from Jamhammer Games about Shwip, but that appears to be changing soon.  Having tweeted out they went on media blackout not to long ago - they just followed up with teasing we'll get some news this week.

Shwip is expected to come out for PC and Xbox, but that may change and we'll have to wait and see. Until then, make sure to follow them on Twitter.

Shwip Xbox One Announcement Trailer

I spoke about Shwip, and Jamhammer Games late last month, and the developer let me know on Twitter that an Announcement Trailer for Xbox One was released as well! You can check out the full trailer below:

Shwip is straight up twin-stick action, with a whip. Get that daily fix of pixel induced-destruction with devastating weapons & abilities the military would be jealous of. Evade, outlast, and play with style in three invigorating game modes. Unlock achievements, compete against friends in local-multiplayer, and show the world who's number one on Shwip's online leader-boards.

Shwip is the first twin stick shooter where you have a whip, and is scheduled for release this fall.

The game will feature a variety of modes like Arcade and Style, as well weapons like the Quickshot and Magnet.  The game is schedule for release on Steam sometime this year.  Checkout below for the trailer and screenshots.
