Remember a few weeks back on the podcast we talked with the gang making Tram-Panic? Well the fruits of their labour is finished as Tram-Panic, the transit mobile game, is out now on Android devices.
Along with games like Actual Sunlight, Tram-Panic actually takes place in Toronto, where you'll be driving a TTC street-car:
"Toronto, City of Dreams... and of people with places to be! You're a streetcar operator and it's rush time. Everyone needs to get home and it's your job to help them! Pick up passengers and drop them off at Stations for points before time runs out. Some folks will give you special abilities while others will make the job harder. Talking to IGN, the gang from Studio MDHR confirmed that it's "guaranteed" that we'll see Cuphead again at some point. Before you get to excited though, it might be a ways off:
"But as far as what are our plans, what are we distinctly doing next, there's been zero time to really breathe or think," Jared added before Chad chimed in to note they "would have had two 30-minute chats about the future."
Given that the game quickly sold a million copies, this isn't a surprise. Maybe the next one will come to PlayStation 4.

Similar to last year, Ubisoft Toronto, and National Bank announced the Indie Series which gives independent developers a chance at some cash, mentorship, and helping with marketing. You can check out the full details on Ubisoft's website, as well as the eligible criteria.
Back for a second edition, the Ubisoft Indie Series presented by National Bank is an annual competition for independent game development studios, offering cash prizes, mentorship, and creative, marketing and financial tools to help local studios and their games reach new heights.

Rage Quest is a real-time, tile-based RPG where you have to time and chain your attacks.
"Every action has a charge time (the time until the action executes) and a cooldown time (the time until the action can be used again). The player must think both quickly and strategically to be effective in combat. It's not just about using the right actions together, but timing the execution of them as well."

Our friends over at Snowman released an update for their indie hit Alto's Adventure that takes advantage of the iPhone X's shiny new screen.

Castle Pixel released their Zelda inspired game, Blossom Tales to Steam earlier this year, and now they are getting help from FDG Entertainment to port it to the Nintendo Switch.
